The inevitable answers to questions about resolutions in the New Year usually include losing weight, getting healthier, or working out more.
In fact, I think I hear “New Year, new me” more often than “Happy New Year”.
With this in mind, Chobani is launching a new product, their Chobani Simply 100 Crunch. These are 100 calorie Greek yogurt snacks with fun mix-ins including flavours like Blueberry Cookie Crumble, Mango Cone Crisp, and Strawberry Chocolate Truffle.
They’re asking people to “crunch” the numbers and live life a little lighter, whether that means eating 100 fewer calories per day, walking 100 more steps, or finding quick ways to incorporate some fun 100 calorie-burning exercises into your everyday life.

I’m personally fond of dancing around in my kitchen, cooking (!), and a little bit of yoga. I’m so excited to be able to do more of these activities after my knee surgery next month! I’ll be doing frequent physical therapy which is challenging and exhausting, then I can get back to normal activities that I haven’t been able to do in a while. It’s going to be great!
